This project includes phased renovations
to the 13,000 sq ft Smyrna chapter of the Boys & Girls Club. FCA began by
performing a comprehensive survey and assessment of the existing building,
then preparing a master plan to address the most critical needs and issues.
Phase I of the construction corrected numerous accessibility, program, and
building envelope issues. Future phases will continue the planned
improvement sequence as funding allows.
