This project is comprised of 2,500 s.f. interior additions and includes stepped exterior terraces and a veranda. The design blends the transition of interior and exterior living spaces and contains a master bedroom with an exterior raised terrace and a covered veranda with an exterior fireplace. The lower level includes an entertainment room and a lower terrace with a swimming pool and grill area. The exterior fireplace contains decorative iron panels that are accented by concealed lighting. The entertainment room connects to the lower terrace and contains a retro style bar and game room. A pond and fire pit is accessible from the . . lower terrace.
