CHARTER High school

The new Newark Charter High School presents a unique opportunity to convert an existing vacant industrial facility into a state-of-the-art learning environment. FC Architects performed an assessment of the structure to determine the feasibility and cost-effectiveness of such an endeavor. FCA is working in conjunction with a construction manager to deliver this nontraditional project. The outcome of our design study is a well-organized space plan for separate Senior and Junior High Schools, with shared features such as the Cafeteria and Gymnasium. The entire study has been issued to the State in support of requests for adequate funding.
