The 110,000 s.f. Echo Hill shopping center was designed to integrate with a rural Pennsylvania community. The shopping center consists of three buildings. The largest building contains a grocery store and several retail shops. The other buildings were designed for a restaurant and bank occupancy. The structures use several building forms and materials derived from an agrarian aesthetic to help break down the scale of the buildings and make their presence contextual to the surrounding community.
