This Corporate Center is adjacent to a
residential neighborhood and contains a pre-existing three story office
building. To minimize impact to the residential surroundings, this project
included 18 new two-story office buildings totaling 36,000 s.f. that were
designed with residential elements such as awnings, siding and brick to help
break down the scale of the buildings and coincide with the community.
