This project comprises a thorough facelift to an aging retail property in Smyrna, DE. The existing center was built in numerous stages and is in need of freshening and maintenance, as well as a unified aesthetic for the various parts.Approximately 1000 feet of shopfront canopy is being rebuilt to correct structural deficiencies and provide a consistent signband appearance punctuated by with entry features and other elements. All work is designed to be performed without relocating any tenants and to minimize disruption to existing lease spaces.
