This project consists of eleven multi-family dwelling units located in Christiana, Delaware. The buildings have a height of three stories and contain six dwellings per floor. An open balcony on each floor connects to the entrance of each unit as well as circulation stairs and a centrally located elevator. Each floor is designed to provide a combination of two and three bedroom units.
